Back when i played this game, i spent so much time running along Saint Denis rooftops I knew them like the back of my hand. While being hunted by players i'd use the alley ways and rooftops to escape or reposition myself above and behind them, never staying on one roof more than a couple minutes. The players might have unlimited explosive ammo, deadeye, and all the edgy bounty hunter armor, but its no match for The Rat Mentality
After playing RDR2 and having a great time running around St. Denis rooftops I realized what a great assassination/parkour game could be made with the engine. You can do a surprising amount of fairly creative parkour with it. And that's just with the basics of running, jumping and grabbing ledges. It would make a game that is far, far more grounded and realistic than any other yet still allow a lot of creativity. Even the best parkour ACs (AC1, AC3, Unity) are not realistic, as skill-based as the parkour can actually be when you learn it. The player's avatar does impossible level jumping and falling. Just add a bit more athleticism to the player's avatar than a cowboy running around in cowboy boots and tight jeans and it would make for a potentially unique and compelling game.
It would be cool, I also found it so annoying how I could shoot a lawman in the head with no warning in the middle of nowhere, and instantly every lawman in the country not only know I did it, but the exact location it occured.
Not a mod, he just uses camera mode because he knows where he spawned the npc and where they’ll fall hence how there’s only one cinematic death per clip
Honestly misses opportunity there shoulda been missions where you get contracted to take out certain targets around the world, with good unique cutscenes at first for a few major ones that just generic filler afterward.
Seriously, Arthur and John are some of the most effective killers in the u.s. taking out like a few thousands of people each you'd think someone would be like "hey come fight for us"

You could increase the speed of climbing animations to make the parkour much smoother. Either that or just import the actual AC animations. And it definitely needs smoke bombs for those enemy clusters. Last thing it needs is restricted areas for some good open world stealth, and guards on rooftops that'll attack you if you don't get down when they tell you to
I've played rdr2 for over 250 hours and never knew you could stab someone with an arrow. There so many things in this game that still surprise me to this very day, these edits teach me something new everytime

Only W cyberpunk has over this game is that npcs will sneak around and try to find you when someone is killed. You kill a gang member in rdr2 & npcs automatically know your location and a firefight ensues even if you’re out of view.
I really hope GTA 6 nails the stealth/committing crime without getting caught. You cant do anything in GTA 5 or RDR2 without everyone in a 10 mile radius knowing.

Shoah, you might even want to get some extra mods like 1899 Firearms and WhyEm's DLC, and not sure why its not listed in the description but he also uses W.E.R.O. (ragdoll overhaul) in his latest vids and its by far my favorite, its what adds all the stumbling, realistic bullet reactions like reaching for the bleeding wound and gun going off post mortem

Its nothing really different besided that in this mod the enemys have a lesser attention. Normally you can forgett stealth kills in Red Dead 😂. If you do, then they allready see you and start shooting. I think also the places where the enemys are is different. More not. And in RDR2 there are even more knife kill animations then you saw here. Btw look vanilla videos instead of modded. Then you see that this game doesnt need mods (besides longer smoking, drinking and eating mods 😂). And maybe a mod that dissolves the tracers
