7:24 attacker #1 in Blue plays the ball with their foot to the goalie. This is CLEARLY not a violation of the rules.
If it had accidentally touch the defender anywhere before the goalie picked it up it would also not be a violation
Edit: even if the defender had deliberately kicked it with their foot the direction of the ball was away from the goalie so I personally would never call this under these specific circumstances.
The title should be "incorrect call by referee"

This is the worse game I have ever watched, both goalkeepers lack fundamental skills, both teams have terrible defensice discipline, both teams lack finishing ability, and extreme lack of positioning on both teams. It was an even match up for these two teams, but these are no where near state champion caliber teams.

Oh DEFINITELY not, either didn’t even touch the defender or was forced contact from the attacker’s kick
