@@rajung194 there could many reasons, if there is twist in guide rails and if you haven't fixed cabin yoke in centre the rolere can slide with rails which cause Imidiate brake.
@@rajung194 okay, you loose the rope first, hold the emergency gear fully opened and then tight the rope , it wil work inshaAllah, because it seems your OSG weight is little bit light that's why emergency gear moves up and down.
