Pretty much our current setting in a game we've been running on and off for the past 14 years or so, save for AO. We actually started as our own selves in our current material plane when the Negative Energy Plane bled into ours and zombies and other abominations happened. After narrowly escaping with our lives, we ended up finding a planar gate to another human-settled and soon-to-be-fused material plane - where we learned the teleportation ritual from a soon-to-be-traitor necromancer (who later returned as a lich) - in some weird underground somewhat interplanar dungeon-like complexes to escape and have been trying to save the other material planes (crystal spheres, if we're to use the correct terminology) ever since. We have even created demiplanes for thousands of planar refugees. We have been investigating the phenomenon since then to figure out what causes the planar fusions but we're usually in a climate change type of situation where it's mostly only the affected planes that seem to care thus far, plus a plane of studious wizard researchers (aka scientists) who has a few experts on the case, among other fields of study... Thanks Rhexx for this incredible video !
I think I will change a few things in the Multiverse for my future campaigns, but it is cool anyway.
(for instance, make the Elemental planes really enormous, but not infinite, because they TOUCH each other. Same for the planes organized in layers - too much layers in the plane descriptions).
I am so so so hyped for this video and series! I love your videos and appreciate it so much dude! Amazing work!
I'm so excited for this. Keep up the good work, man!
Great synergy with the sponsor: telling about all the great critters you can get, and then telling the roads to take in order to go after them!
Sir, I must say, your videos are incredibly well crafted and I sincerely appreciate your knowledge. A thousand times, thank you for it all.
I cannot fcking thank how your pronunciation is amazing. For all of us non native speakers. I can fking understand almost everything you say and I find it simply great. Your job is amazing. Take me to the ethereal with you, Guardian of the Truth
there is a reason you are my longest lasting patreon subscription. just love that content.
Absolutely love your in depth coverage bro. The more fleshed out the better. I can't believe the amount of research you handle.
That's a lot of Dragon Magazines.
I love how hyper detailed you dnd videos are and if it weren’t for the information I learned and enjoyed from your Series I wouldn’t be a dm and my players ( also super detailed orientated ) wouldn’t get as much fun out of the game as if they had not so boiled out backgrounds and lore :) !!!
Love your work and effort mate, always watch your videos the day they release
