OMG....I would hate to have my appraisal read publically. This is cruel. The Director of HR should stop this practice immediately. Also, complete waste of publics tax dollars.
This "grading" idea is absolutely childish. It makes for a very volatile environment. Feelings will be hurt. The members of the board will talk amongst themselves about what score someone gave them, and talk to each other in private on what they thought they deserved, and how dare so and so give me a low score, ect ect. Bad Juju. Dump this and devise something less juvenile.
