hey, I was wondering if you could help. I have an old CRT TV and the only connection at the back of the TV is the antenna. is this the same as RF or coaxial? I want to be able to plug a VHS tape deck into it but wanted to make sure this was possible before buying one. cheers
Yes antenna is an RF signal
.you will just need a twin lead to coaxial balun adapter.
I have a Panasonic tv with red white and yellow connector. Also VHS Panasonic and GE with three colors cable. Can't connect properly.
Hi, plugged in the cables rf out vcr to rf in tv but can't tune the channel in. I can get sound but just snow on the picture. Appreciate any help please 👍🙂

My Samton VHS player has only a white and yellow receptor on the back...no red receptor. How do I connect it to my Proscan tv?
You only need Yellow and White as they are Video and Audio respectively

Can u use a vcr as a cable box. I have a vcr and It doesn't have an antenna input. Was thinking if u input the colored wires to the vcr and then to the tv will it pull a cable connection to the vcr to the tv

Yes, you can absolutely do that. rca out on the cable box and in on the VCR.

So I did that before I came here...expecting some troubleshooting....... and wasted my time. it is literally "plug this into that. you're done!"..... except you're not... when there is no blue screen. which is what i need to know. why is there no blue screen.
