Fanna & Trainer Hong teaming up for a nice double. Back in the day, large fields were the order of the day necessitating 2 sections. Other handicap races with 2 sections that come to mind - Berger Paint Cup, Watson’s Off-course Trophy, Jockey’ Association Trophy, Royal Crest Trophy. For the most part, these races were hotly contested resulting in close finishes.
Yes guys, you are very sharp😊. Fanna and Jackson Hong teamed up for the double. I saw someone mentioned Providential, who was owned and trained by Albert Chong. The Frank Parham trained Most Rewarding (D. Clarke) finished second and Hot Lips (E. Miller) back in fourth. Bounty Lady (D. Clarke), who led for most in section 1, was also trained by Frank Parham.
