I do not agree with this video and explain why:
- Maintenance call M2 is not an error but a warning. From its appearance, an optimum print quality is not guaranteed, since the consumables have reached the end of their useful life. The real solution is to change the OPC drum, developer and cleaning blade. Then, in the service mode that you explain very well how to access, we go to "clear data" .. "supplies counter" and delete its value. We go back one step and go to "function" .. "TCR Auto adjustment" and let the machine operate alone. Then a message like "TCR Gain ###" appears, where ### is a number that should be in the environment of 120 - 150. We turn off the equipment from the main switch and then turn it on again. Once this is done, the original message disappears and the machine will be ready for another 55,000 print jobs.
- The action of "Clear Memory" not only implies eliminating the M2 warning, but it also eliminates other data such as the total print counter or the TCR ratio, which can lead to more complex errors to be solved and, in the end, they will be more expensive than a simple change of consumables.

"5"-- "Finishing"--"Sort"--"Duplex 2side"--"start. Working start.
But my 3 number's page are ID size.. and when it's scanning turn comes.. machine shows APS size error... And that time "PAPER" button function is unable to click(to select print on A4 sized paper) that wy i can't Scan total set... Please help me to out this problem.☺

Ok, Tomorrow I will check my printer for you. I think this problem maybe paper tray with paper size place.
you have a problem with the document and not with the printer. You should verify that the paper size of the document you send to print matches the paper size loaded in your printer's trays.
If you work with MS Word, Open Office Writer or another similar editor, set the paper size correctly.
Another option is to enter "Devices and Printers" and in the properties of Konica Minolta 195 you must select Adjust .. Output paper size .. (choose the desired paper) .. Accept. With this operation, every document (of whatever size) is forced to fit into the selected paper.
