Well, I guess I will never worry about how my backdrop looks on zoom calls again. When you can put out sweet tones like this on the cheapest of gear, all you need is the music.

the XO and bass amp does it wonders......it's amazing what kind of top end amps can match up to a bass amp.

Very Cool, Thankyou Denis. Big fan of these little Fender Amps. My First Amp purchase was in 1980's as teenager and was a Fender Sidekick 15R (Reverb Tank in Amp) very similar to the Frontman Amps, .... My little Sidekick is still going Strong after 40 years and is AMAZING, still as new. I also picked up a 'used' Frontman 15G in recent years, and I agree with you, great little amp too, but it is not as good a quality construction or sound as the Identical looking Fender Sidekick Series. I recommend checking to see if any old Fender SideKick Amps become Available, Locally or online, They are amazing Amps, clean sound is awesome and they take pedals brilliantly too (perfect lol) and I think you will be impressed. Never see them here though. All The Best. Cheers

I have a sidekick 65. Bought it used in 86. Still use it on a semi regular basis. Still sounds as it should. Dont like admitting it, but Ted Nugent got me started on Fender Amps and I never looked back.

The only issue here is that you personally are a fantastic guitar player so anything realistically will sound amazing with you playing it. But that’s the problem beginners buy them and they get a bad rap due to that. It’s all in the hands man the gear as long as it’s working properly doesn’t really have much to do with the sound. Feel wise is different. Tube amps definitely have a noticeable different feel to them than solid state.
