I did this flight but over night. Excellent service and food. The best airline in Europe. Clean and modern Airplane, friendly crew and multilingual. Also excellent connections.

Turkish Airlines always being a first choice for my family best service always price is always high but it's what you pay what you get Turkish airline is really good for family's flying with kids my daughter every 30 minutes she want something they never reject her they allways look after her well
To me and my family, my friends they are all in agreement, Turkish Airlines are the best Airlines in the World, newest fleet, superb service, delicious generous food . we love it. from Los Angeles to Istanbul to Tel Aviv smooth sailing we highly recommend this Airlines

Their staff isn't too friendly. Service is not good, terrible i would say. But they are much better than Lufthansa.

Turkish Airlines is really bad with customer services. Stuff is uneducated, not trained, not capable of speaking decent English and rude if there is a problem and you insist on solution.
Customer service is done through "Feedback" procedure which is basically email reply that can take 48 hours while you are stuck at the airport. So, practically Turkish airline can not produce any solution through phone calls. So, disgusting.
If anything goes wrong at your flight, you simply pay for it.
Character and Quality of Turkish Airlines company are just disgusting.

The best European Airlines , the best business class service in the world. I did this flight when use the be overnight at 8:00 PM.
You don't feel the 14 hours flight.the service like in the 50. Four cars dinner service. Breakfast with eggs choices.

Just flew Turkish air for the first time a couple weeks ago. Boston>Istanbul>Asmara round trip and I have to say it was good overall! The food is pretty good for economy. Decent in-flight entertainment too.

Food quality was great, this was a morning flight so the bar area wasn’t open yet but the alcohol selection looked diverse. Cheers! 👋🏻

Interesting, did you have a connecting flight or go to baggage claim. I wonder how you can go from the transit area to immigration/baggage claim if you don't go up the escalators from the gate. I thought they would send everyone up there first.
Hi, on this flight from the US everybody was sent to the transit area, however there's an access for people entering Turkey, just need to follow the signs. Cheers!

Is the TK lounge free for economy flights?
I'm still waiting for Turkish Airlines to fly to Minsk again ??? You can do it through Europe.
I flew TK from Baghdad-Istanbul-Toronto last month. First flight was whatever. Second was on a crusty old B777. I flew Istanbul-Toronto in 2015 and I must say TK has stagnated since. Too focus on branding and no improvements in the actual product. IST is very nice though.
At least is better than AiR CANADA, SERVICE DESGASTING, BUT DRESS CREWS , NARROW SEATS. AND BETTER NOT SAY ANTHING ABOUT THE FOOD.

Hi Emre I have found this on TK website: “Since the meals we serve on Turkish Airlines flights are prepared in accordance with Islamic rules, there is no need to request a Muslim meal” so I’d say their lounges follow this protocol. Cheers!

There was wifi onboard but for non-elite passengers the free data allowance was only of 10Mb (pretty useless), cheers!
