And if they wont pay you in that current job to the edn of this month for the last month, you should take it to the authorities, in such cases if they wont pay they could be forced to pay you also the payoff for at least two months, but this goes for EU, not sure how it works in Russia, but you must have something simmilar.

It is not professional behavior and maybe the company has financial problems. If this is the case then better to return to the previous job. Telegram is an option. I presume it is mainly used by Russian language speakers, so you are unlikely to find new subscribers unless you put up blogs in Russian language as well. Well why not ? Try and see what happens. Can someone outside of Russia help out with RUclips ? For example by uploading the videos on your behalf ?
