Tomato Soup Recipe - It Doesn’t Get Any Easier!

A creamy tomato soup which you can make in no time 🍅 Baked tomatoes, basil, a touch of garilc, everything you can ask for. Definitely one of my favorite soups.
Ingredients (4 servings):
8 medium tomatoes, about 2 lbs (900g)
heavy cream cream - 1/4 cup (60g)
1/2 onion, chopped
garlic - 2 cloves
extravirgin olive oil - 2tsp (30ml)
parmesan cheese, grated
a few leaves of fresh basil
salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil
