A lot of my style change was due to breastfeeding - I needed easy boob access for 18 months so dresses were out the window! I got into a pattern of wearing high waisted trousers/jeans and tops and I still like them even though I finished feeding over a year ago. I splash out on beautiful coats - that way I can chuck them on over a plain outfit and feel great
Pozdrawiam serdecznie Lizz.
Couldn’t have worded all this better! Have a 1 year old and 4 year old and the past year has been a true Learning curve - more so than after baby 1.. body wise, time wise, money wise! I ended up giving up on the pressure on myself and said screw it - and got me some new bits to add to my wardrobe to make me feel good again. And it worked. And that temporary transition has helped me feel better, look better, and be able to forge that time and effort to care for me.
I love how you got it together, like it's no stress at all.
Be kind to yourself because you’re doing the best you can💪🏼💪🏼🥺❤️
Stains and excessive wear are the 2 major problems I have found after 3 kids. My baby is 1 now and I'm constantly covered in food stains from little hands. I've found myself putting away whites and lighter colours for now.
I watched this video while pregnant, just watched again 2 months after giving birth. I really needed to hear that it's all temporary. Thank you for such an honest, open chat!
I can totally relate. I am not used to wearing heels even a couple of years postpartum
Thank you for making this video, you got me a little emotional. I’m 8 months postpartum with baby #2 and just now I’m starting to feel better about my new body. For the first time in months I’m excited about putting outfits together and discovering my new style.
Only clothes you actually wear in your wardrobe - absolutely! And storage of the rest. With you back to you, in full or part, you can re shop your own hidden wardrobe once again! I can’t wait til next summer and even spring for this reason!
Thanks for your great tips. I personally felt totally lost the first years as a new mom of 2. But it's getting better and your videos help me a lot. Warm regards.
Finding your new style
Thank you for letting us see little Emilie, and a bit of your everyday life. Loved this!
I always enjoy watching this videos
I was just wanting to watch a video exactly like this, and here you are!
Such a great video! This really helped me see that I’m not the only one who doesn’t feel like I’m the same person and makes me want to go through my wardrobe and my home to embrace the new me.
I so much love this video
Love love love this video! Congratulations! Motherhood looks amazing on you. Your video gives me so much hope especially the new season of my life I am entering. Thank you for all that you do! Xo,
Perfect timing for this video.
I’m approaching 5 months postpartum and with the summer coming up (in Australia) I’m noticing my style from last summer is quite different but I’m not quite sure how it’s evolved yet.
Really helped me knowing that this is still a temporary phase and to enjoy the end of this nursing time and not put pressure on myself to get back to a version of me.
(Also I really like the voiceover style of the video with clips of your life)
See, congratulations on your new addition to your family
Yay, the video I've been looking forward to ever since you announced your pregnancy! My kids are 3 and 6 now, and if I was giving advice to my new mum self I'd advise finding a style uniform or two that fit your new lifestyle, and give up on trying to integrate clothes that are just going to cause you stain anxiety, or to yell at your kids "don't pull on mummy's jumper!". Also, it's been hard to reconcile yourself to clothes getting trashed, from a sustainability perspective. Buying second hand helps but can be tricky, because you can't trail though charity shops with a child, and I have a high fail rate online due to fit. However, one effect of covid was that the at-home-with-small-kids phase got extended, so that I had to stick with my mummy capsule for longer than expected, so I still have time to improve it! Thanks for all your content, Signe, and good luck on your journey.
Great tips
Very excited

Amazing
Your videos are lovely. Would you consider making a video that encompasses a year round all season capsule wardrobe ? where I live there are 4 distinctive seasonal changes from cold damp spring to hot summer, cold fall and very brisk cold winters.
Very very nice
Nice
Nice video

Cool
Wow
Amazing kid
Good
My two are 2.5 now and my trousers still have busted knees!
Different types of feeding
Flowers
I can totally relate to how your style changes with parenthood. After having my children I found heels, large jewellery, form fitting clothes and bright makeup became impractical and even distasteful to me in a strange way.
Good environment is looking good with beautiful flowers 🌹🏵️🌹🏵️🌹 up iu
💪👊
Cute baby
This is home
Everyone says, you can wear your better clothes when you go to work. I am a stay at home mom for 5 years, then I will go back to work. I ask myself, when to wear the capsule wardrobe basics like white sneakers, or a wool coat. They are unpractical with a 4 and 2 year old child in the garden. Maybe, you have an advice? Thanks a lot. Judith
Dear Judith! I completely understand - in your case, I would approach things a bit differently and with an extra emphasis on joining style & functionality. It sounds like you need to find those core pieces that make you feel great and stylish (even though you stay home for most of the time) but that suit your lifestyle at the same time. Instead of the white sneakers for example, maybe go for a more practical option in a darker colour, but without compromising too much with who you are and what you like. It’s about using our clothes to benefit us mentally, and that scenario will look so different for each and every one of us. I hope it helped a little bit! 🙏🏻 thanks for watching and have a lovely evening. Signe xx
@@UseLess_dk thank you so much for your answer. I feel better now.
@@judith8417 I’m so happy to hear that! ❤️ In any case, do what feels right for you! Signe xx
I think you should adjust the capsule wardrobe concept for your personal style and life - i work as a daycare teacher in northern Germany, i have a 4 yr old daughter and i go by bike everywhere. A woolen coat or white sneakers didnt make it into my personal capsule wardrobe because theyre not fitting into my everyday life. I go for quilted longline shackets and puffer coats and black Converse hi Tops, blundstone boots and some dr-martens-like boots.
Ah and for another example: i dont own or would ever wear a blazer - but its a "must have" in every capsule wardrobe. But its completely nonsense for me in my actual life
Beautiful flowers 🌻🌹 beautiful environment and beautiful home. I wish to one.day get married to A loving husband who will help me like he is helping you now.
ok. How many months between those two pregnancies?
I’ve only been pregnant once 😉
Hey Signe! Do you know any creators with values like yours, only with constructions/interior decor? Would love to find some knowledge on how to decorate my very first apartment sustainably
That’s an interesting question! Sadly, I don’t know anyone - but please do let me know if you stumble upon a creator like that as I’d be happy to get some inspiration in that direction myself 😍 Signe xx
If you want a name for your baby you could call her Genevieve if it is a girl because it is a beautiful name or Christian if it is a boy and your baby may like one of those names how they are or so that your baby might make it shorter if it wanted to and it has great meanings. What do you think.
The name for Signe's baby has already been decided. Her name is Emile if I'm not mistaken...

I remember the busted knees. My advice: Shower and get dressed before you do anything.
