    That happens with weigh loss surgery, as well. I don’t see any body making a stink about it, 🤔 as a matter of fact, it happens with any weight loss of 50lbs or more, specially after 40years of age

    • @kanohane
      @kanohane Год назад +2

      Yea....It happens after fast weightloss with dieting as well..I think genetics, water, and other factors play a roll. Especially in older individuals

    • @isherwoody
      @isherwoody Год назад

      Yes. Its the loss of lean muscle tissue which is high with Ozempic probably due to eating too many small meals especially with carbs. Three low carb meals a day with no snacking and intermittent fasting would address it but some on Ozempic find that difficult difficult due to getting full quickly.

    I am glad I watch your videos. I didn't know this. I do think older people, like myself, lose elasticity in the face when they lose weight.

    I knew there’d be a nasty catch or side effect to this. There’s no such thing as fast, sustainable weight loss! You have to take it slow and steady. Nothing else will last, or be without severe consequences to your health. Physical matter is slow and dense and takes a while to change. Love yourself enough to honor the pace you’re at. Your body is doing the best it can.

    • @MikkiInWaiting

      There are so many side effects that they don’t talk about. The intense stomach pain, constant dry mouth, it can mimic irritable bowel syndrome… people will do anything to lose a pound. And diabetics can’t get their medication because of it. National freaking storage for a year now and still going. Vanity they can’t is Ozempic.

    • @RECOVER361
      @RECOVER361 Год назад +5

      this is just utter nonsense..
      it makes no difference whether you lose weight fast or slow regarding total amount of facial fat loss.
      Just show me one study that proves otherwise and I will swallow my words

    • @cam129
      @cam129 Год назад +1

      @@RECOVER361 true, however the fast one is more dramatic than the slow process. It is best to determine what is best for you - a nice face or body. So don’t lose too much weight just enough but lift weights as it does make you more defined.

    Rapid weight loss will get rid of and age a pretty face really fast. Doing it the right way slowly with exercise and a healthy diet will be way better you won't look like you just returned from the grave.

    Quick drastic weight loss can definitely make someone appear older. If I wanted to lose weight, I'd probably just use a little konjac powder with liquid daily to curb my appetite and gradually lose weight. Injecting yourself with a medication that increases your cancer risks when you don't need to is concerning.

    • @lucy1376

      Miracle noodle has konjak flour. I was just wondering yesterday about this flour. Does it raise blood sugar?

    • @stuartist
      @stuartist Год назад +3

      @@lucy1376 It shouldn't, but because it's so filling, you can get a stomach ache by eating too much konjac. A little goes a long way.

    Best way to lose weight is not stretch your stomach to begin with.
    There was this guy online who’s 53 and looks 25 and amazing. Only 175 pounds at 6ft2.
    Don’t stretch your stomach being greedy to start. Stay away from drûgs that are appetite stimulants.
