Thanks for this knowledge, but going on your previous video , it got me scared paying into an estate that will later ask for development fee and all other charges. So what is your take on this, is not not safe to buy from land owner directly than all these estate owners.

Good evening, buy from estate or buy from community, it doesn't matter, the same process applies.

Verify before you buy, sign documents after you buy, and ensure you take possession, who you buy from doesn't matter, but I don't sell land from community though
