It’s not about who does the hardest work, it’s always about cohesion and dynamics. Getting letters from your loved ones fighting in battles comforts and gives hope and the same from the soldiers getting letters from their loved ones, I am pretty sure it gave them more motivation not only to get the job done but to also sacrifice themselves for their country and their families. You know nothing about working as a team lol. I played sports all my life and worked in the first line in a hospital and I know that you know nothing about team dynamics lol.

I question the 6 month estimate and 3 month processing of the mail. Other sources state that the backlog of mail was estimated to take 2 years to process, but that the 6888 completed the task in six months. Stating that the estimation was 6 months and that the task was completed in 3 takes away from the tremendous effort and extraordinary competence and accomplishment of this amazing group of women.

Not sure why they need 25 days to prepare, as other productions which are just as big, if not bigger, and have also filmed in *Little Germany, Bradford* have all done their preparations (set building, set decorating, set designing etc) on the day as far as I know, plus they won't be able to close an entire neighbourhood of businesses and homes from the public for 25 days either.

STOP CALLING THEM HERO'S BUT CAPTIVES!!! Jeremiah 17:4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn forever.

Just a reminder that was unit was NOT all black, it was "predominantly" black. In its ranks held women from Mexico, the Caribbean islands and elsewhere.

Saw the movie and didn't like it, my mom served in the unit and told me horrific stories and accounts. wondering why they would have the opening scene focus on an inter-racial relationship - why was this sooooo important, when black men were being hanged for such - just tell the story. some of the acting was a bit over the top, great actresses though, however I would give it a D - Why do we have to highlight others to tell our story, this I don't understand. just tell the story

We all understand that serving in our military and especially serving in WWII is heroic and all veterans SHOULD have light shined upon them...this movie trailer is disingenuous because it leads you to believe these women fought heroically in combat when in fact they worked in the postal service of the United States Army. The Army was having difficulties getting Mail to our troops. Moral was at an all-time low and to remedy the problem the Army formed the 6888th Postal Battalion. They did break many records sorting mail and did play a pivotal role in boosting moral back to our men in the field. So before you watch this movie, don't get your hopes up thinking we sent women into combat and this story is just now being told. #TheMoreYouKnow #ThankYouForYourService

NOOOO it does NOT lead you to thinking they fought in combat. Just because YOU thought it, doesn’t mean everyone else will. That shot of them training in rain and dirt maybe led YOU to thinking they fought but no where in the script or the imagery do you see a Black woman in combat. If you knew just a little of US history maybe you’d know women were not allowed to fight in combat in WWII. A truth be told, in both world wars most-not all- Black servicemen weren’t given much opportunity to fight either. They were assigned supportive roles. So stop letting YOUR eyes deceive other people. The trailer is NOT disingenuous.
