Hello gm can cubital tunnel syndrome do without surgery? My elbow of cubital tunnel is compression on my nerve and pitch nerve in my neck

Thanks for the information. I'm 34 have both carpal and cubital in both hands, I'm a joiner. It's really getting me down. I'm trying to find ways to deal with it . If anyone has any advice please help me.
