    on the youtube he the only onw whos teaching pl sql in very easy and short terms but cover everything literally everything !

    You can call only mandatory parameters using positional calling notation, but with one condition.
    That the optional parameters HAVE TO BE the last-ordered parameters in your subprogram.

    what if we don't know abt the function structure, i.e. the parameter variables passed in the function signature, how then we use named notation..??
