So you were well-past that black cruiser at the mall entrance, yet your Uniden was still telling to the signal was coming from in front of you. From experience, do you just learn to take the arrow direction as advisory only that there is a unit somewhere in the area?
Run it for at least a month with close to default settings (all bands on) and get familiar with how it works. Then once you understand that, you'll get comfortable with the alerts.

I think the arrows were updated to respond faster since then.
@@VideosfromNH would you say, then, that technique is to not rely on your arrows for where the threat is, but just know there is a threat somewhere?
No. Why have a detector with arrows if you are not going to use them?

Have you tested version 1.27?
I'm still on 1.26. There may be some Bluetooth enhancement, but I didn't see anything else worth upgrading at this time.
