Here is a very fun fact: There actually is a neighbor counterpart of Tord. His name is Todd, and he acts similar to Ned Flanders. I don't know what he wears opposite to Tord, though. He has only made one appearance: in PowerEdd, after Eduardo tells Edd that they get channels from space and it cuts to Mark and Jon watching TV. When Mark says "I'm so confused", you can see part of Todd's red shirt to the right of Mark.

The neighbors are just opposite versions of edd and the gang but there's no tord neighbor because tord left so I have a headcanon

Tod was really good friends with Jon (because tord hates Tom and vise versa) and they would usually get on eduardos nerves, eventually Today was tired of Eduardo bossing everyone around so he finally stood up for himself then proceeded to get kicked out by Eduardo
I came up with this headcanon after my friend asked me about a name for a neighbor version of tord, I had had the thought before but I never thought about it as much until then
