It's not always the parents fault. I used to say that until I had to deal with my own out of control step-daughter. She would sneak & do stuff as well as plan stuff then tell lies about what she was doing. You wouldn't know what was what until you had to threaten her, her associates & some of THEIR parents with police intervention to get the truth.
