About the animal paws on human soft dolls, I like your theory that it came at least a little from the culture of idols and their associated animals from Korea! Personally, I also think that it could just be because it is very cute!! There is a unique charm with the pink paw pads of puppies and kittens, for example, and so I wonder if it is a detail that just adds to the cuteness of the soft doll, who often does resemble a baby! 🐾🥰

These pins are cheap and soft, so they will not snap off, just bend a little.
But it is safer to pulling pins before they go under the pressor foot.
