Their entire ancestry passed down their fear of magic when they were trying to run away and find peace from the rune wars. Every child born in Demacia is taught the dangers of magic and how scary it is. When you are brought up like this, rational thoughts perish when faced with the subject of your fear. They simply need to all understand that not every magic user is a bad person. Examples like Lux, Garen Jarvan IV should be made public to help them with the transition as each of those 3 demonstrate some level of magic use.

Demacia is authoritarian (much like a dictatorship). It looks nice on the outside, and if you fit in with the ideals of the country then it's great. I am sure Aatrox should be #1 or #2. He's literally someone who was supposed to be the perfect being, the lightbringer, herald of hope, instead he became an abomination of flesh full of hate and war who only desire to stop suffering even if he has to kill all life, the life he swore to protect. Just imagine his madness: his entire existance is composed of agony and violence, but the fact that hits me is that he just wants to be free from all of this and die.

Kindred is lonely and has to claim all those lives. Yorick has to indefinitely here them cry afterwards

Pyke doesn't exactly show it, but he clearly is deranged by the fact that he's died and is now under full control of Nagakabouros. A better example would be Aatrox or Isolde, see any soul that has been used by the Mist of the ruination, they allsuffer and wished they had never cime back. Aatrox is just so torn by his identity, who he was and what he has become that when the aspect of Twilight sealee him and the other Fallen Ascended he grew a deep hatred for everything and wanted one thing: Death. And now, he's an edgy Monstrosity that sows Chaos all across Runeterra (I think) and spreads nothing but misery and death so that others can share his pain. His quotes are quite powerful in that aspect, he may sound sarcastic and like he's making fun of others, but that's only so he can one day find people that'd finally bring an end to his torment.

They got into some really nasty stuff for that though, the darkin are not innocent. Aatrox interests me in that if he wanted to be the noble warrior and do his job why did he corrupt himself? He doesn't sound like Rhaast who just wants violence for fun. The way he sounds doesn't lead me to believe he thought of mortals as his to do with as he pleased. Side note, the story of Darkin sounds a lot like what happened to Renekton don't it?

I really lack of Kayn on Odyssey skin when you take assassin and kill someone, then Kayn says: "DID YOU SEE THAT RHAAST?! Rhaast..?" And it hits so much, it shows that, even when they hate each other and try to look like they are just trying to use each other for their purposes, they (or at least Kayn) feel something like brotherhood or friendship, and lack of Rhaast there is just sad

The other two have emotional aspects that require a bit of reading between the lines. They make me sad, so I wrote them here!

I'm someone who is very emotional, so those voice lines paint a sad picture, hence my posting 'em. The latter two quotes, to me, hint at his normal human side without being directly emotional like the first quote. So its more looking at what's behind the words than the words themselves. Whether he says it in a sad tone or during a performance, he clearly believes life has no meaning either way, which speaks for itself. Makes me wonder exactly what makes him feel that way, which gives me sad feelings. The third quote, he mentions the art being a compulsion. The very definition of the word is: "an irresistible urge to behave in a certain way, especially against one's conscious wishes". This implies at least a small part of him wishes to stop, which is both sad on its own + makes the first two quotes sadder too! I really enjoy thinking about the possibilities of what could be under the surface~ Sorry if this is too long-winded, haha. I just love Jhin very much!

Every time I hear Rammus say "Ok" I really start to break down and cry, you can hear in his beautiful definite voice that he has been through countless terrible wars many lost as he rolls around in a ball with nothing left but to push away attackers and damage, truly a well rounded and beautiful in-depth character I've never given Riot such a praise for anything but this goes above and beyond "RAMMUS" spelt backwards is "SUMMAR" which could be interpreted to the common season Summer this indicates that while he was away during war in Summer he came back to his house to find his whole family slaughtered thus giving his clever name "Rammus". His lack of words and simple manner of speaking shows that he has been numbed down by all the emotional pain he has experienced.
there are other Kindred quotes that are even more sadder than ths and are inspirational like one is "Those who run from death stood still in life" and "Tomorrow is a hope, never a promise"

I feel like most champions in league have a sad backstory just like how most main characters have a sad backstory. It makes it feel like every champion is a main character. It also makes it more realistic and you can almost relate to them
The saddest Yorick quote is "The endless wailing of souls in torment". He sounds like he's choking back tears and about to break down. This is a guy who spent his living life helping dead spirits pass on. Now he's stuck on an island where he literally can't do that no matter how much he tries. He's stuck listening to the people he used to help cry for release. Hell, the poor guy wants to die but literally can't because of the curse of the Shadow Isles. When he dies in game he occasionally says "I see the wolf..." Because even though he has mentally accepted death, he physically cannot die and so he sees Wolf instead of Lamb.
I just love kindreds voice - well both are great but damn Lamb is just something else - I have spend hours listening to their quotes... and the fact that their music is also a banger is just a cheery on top.

I really lack of Kayn on Odyssey skin when you take assassin and kill someone, then Kayn says:
"DID YOU SEE THAT RHAAST?! Rhaast..?" And it hits so much, it shows that, even when they hate each other and try to look like they are just trying to use each other for their purposes, they (or at least Kayn) feel something like brotherhood or friendship, and lack of Rhaast there is just sad

The first quote is said in a sad tone unlike any of his other lines. The other two have emotional aspects that require a bit of reading between the lines. They make me sad, so I wrote them here!

I'm someone who is very emotional, so those voice lines paint a sad picture, hence my posting 'em.
The latter two quotes, to me, hint at his normal human side without being directly emotional like the first quote. So its more looking at what's behind the words than the words themselves. Whether he says it in a sad tone or during a performance, he clearly believes life has no meaning either way, which speaks for itself. Makes me wonder exactly what makes him feel that way, which gives me sad feelings.
The third quote, he mentions the art being a compulsion. The very definition of the word is: "an irresistible urge to behave in a certain way, especially against one's conscious wishes". This implies at least a small part of him wishes to stop, which is both sad on its own + makes the first two quotes sadder too!
I really enjoy thinking about the possibilities of what could be under the surface~ Sorry if this is too long-winded, haha. I just love Jhin very much!

Swain has pretty tragic quotes about others.

Every time I hear Rammus say "Ok" I really start to break down and cry, you can hear in his beautiful definite voice that he has been through countless terrible wars many lost as he rolls around in a ball with nothing left but to push away attackers and damage, truly a well rounded and beautiful in-depth character I've never given Riot such a praise for anything but this goes above and beyond "RAMMUS" spelt backwards is "SUMMAR" which could be interpreted to the common season Summer this indicates that while he was away during war in Summer he came back to his house to find his whole family slaughtered thus giving his clever name "Rammus". His lack of words and simple manner of speaking shows that he has been numbed down by all the emotional pain he has experienced.

I feel like most champions in league have a sad backstory just like how most main characters have a sad backstory. It makes it feel like every champion is a main character. It also makes it more realistic and you can almost relate to them

You can't imagine how tragic this one is!
The saddest Yorick quote is "The endless wailing of souls in torment". He sounds like he's choking back tears and about to break down. This is a guy who spent his living life helping dead spirits pass on. Now he's stuck on an island where he literally can't do that no matter how much he tries. He's stuck listening to the people he used to help cry for release.
Hell, the poor guy wants to die but literally can't because of the curse of the Shadow Isles. When he dies in game he occasionally says "I see the wolf..." Because even though he has mentally accepted death, he physically cannot die and so he sees Wolf instead of Lamb.
I expected Yorick to say "Everyone I know is dead, how are you?"
