    I loved how you mention that chicken takes time to cook. Some people think all restaurants are fastfood 😅 They prolly never tried cooking.

      Siyempre, laging standard of procedure ang safety sa pagluluto, even karinderya pa iyan.
      Safely, fried chicken should be fried in oil at 175°C for 8 minutes per side, if not deep fried. About 18 to 20 minutes if deep fried, the internal temperature should be between 76°C and 93°C, on low to medium stove heat.
      Be patient and empathize on staff next time you eat.

    It takes roughly about 15-20 minutes to fully cook wings from a raw state. I'd be worried if the chicken came out less than 10 minutes. Then it would be chicken that has been reheated.

      but if the management sees many customers, they can anticipate how much to pre cook. They can double fry it anyway to make the wings more crispy.

      Depends on the part really. Chicken breast cooks faster and can be cooked in less than 10 minutes. I served chicken burgers before in my food business and I always check them with a thermometer to be food safe. Different parts of the chicken cook at different times. Chicken legs and wings are good after frying for 12 minutes. Also chicken should be at room temperature before frying. It you're frying something that is frozen, then of course it will take a longer time to cook. There are many variables at play like cooking oil temperature and thickness of breading but 15-20 minutes may be too much as you might end up with dry chicken meat.

      Tama naman, kaso pag unli wings, kahit sino ata maiinis pag every ""re-order" mo is 30 minutes. Dapat pre-cooked na yung iba.

      Mga taga pembo comembo rizal lang ang tunay na nakakaalam.
      Isipin niyo yun, ang nag rate ng 1 star mga totoong customer tas ang nag rate ng 4-5 stars ay ung mga nakpanood lang sa video na to.
      At please wag niyo kami paandaran na keso matagal standard time ng cooking time ng mga manok kasi alam namin un. myghadd andaming unliwings sa lugar na yan, kaya nacocompare tlaga namin.

    Note: Mas ok na matagal dumating yung fried chicken pero mainit at lutong-luto siya. Kesa naman sa mabilis nga, eh dugo pa ang loob, parang Jollibee lang, pag-hinarabas nila yung frying machine, ayun pink pa loob. Pink chicken means meron sasakay sa ambulansya.
    - Pagmalamig ang Mantika; Matagal bago uminit ito, lalo na kung mag-deep frying ka. Pero pag- mainit naman; pasok na siya sa tamang cooking temp. Pwede na mag-drop ng Manok, pansin ninyo mabilis naman na luto.
    -pag nasa labas ang isa sa waiters; means nag-tatawag yan ng Customers; pero bakit kaya nag-uusap-usap lang sila? Lagot kayo sa Amo ninyo pagnapanood niya itong vid lol
    - Sana yung Kitchen Staff, maging initiative at observant na lang; Back-up ng stocks, pre-heat yung deep fryer kung meron pumasok na Customers. Observe temperature and cooking time para sakto ang labas ng orders. Di biro maging kitchen staff; kailangan lagi ka handa, meron lagi sipag.

      i agree nakaranas na ko ng ganyan once sa jolibee.. pink pa talaga ung gitna at may dugo pa.. isang beses naman sa greenwich sa sobrang pagmamadali nila yung ziptie nila na pinantatali ng manok nasama sa food ko.. nireport ko na lang sa manager nila para maalert sila.. just for them to improve..

    Nakaka sad lang na may iba na di makaintindi. Di yan fastfood na may naka ready na at iinitin na lang. Tapos pag hilaw mag rereklamo din kaloka.
    Let's help small businesses at bago mag bigay ng bad rating maging objective muna. Mahirap maka apekto sa business nila yun at may mga empleyado din na umaasa sa kanila.

    That's why I always leave honest reviews. Pag satisfied talaga, 5 stars. Pag may konting sablay, 4. Pag ok lang, 3. Pag may kulang sa order, 2 or 3 - depende sa item na kulang. Di ako nagbibigay ng 1 star kasi food is food. It deserves some respect for filling my tummy (kahit di ganun kasarap o kasulit).

    I worked in this kind of business before. And masasabi ko lang, usually kapag po 1st customer matagal talaga yung service kasi nag pe-prepare pa po, and then nag pe-pre heat pa po ng deep fryer. Medyo matagal po magpainit ng mantika sa deep fryer, kaya nag tatagal po talaga. Kaya dapat pag open ng resto pinapainit agad yung fryer kahit wala pang customers, para pag may umorder mabilis makaka luto. Yun lang medyo aksayado sya sa gas (or electricity)

    Totoo yung sinabi nila, unang pumasok sa isip ko is kung may kasabayan sila talagang tatagal yung pag serve ng chicken up to 30 minutes, lalo na kung iniingatan nila na wag masayang yung mga niluluto nila kasi posible naman ma overcook kapag ininit lang
    Hindi naman sila "Fast Food" tsaka hindi rin siguro nila alam pa kung kailan nila isasakto yung dami ng luto nila para makapag prepare hindi tulad ng jollibee, or kung ano pang sikat na unli wings meron na siguro silang data kung gaano karami dapat niluluto nila ng araw na yun at ng oras na yun

    Grabe to solid, As employee in Food Industry napaka hirap magbigay ng Excellent Satisfaction thru Food and Customer Service especially sa rush or peak hours ng operations or kahit sa lean Highly respect pa din sa reviews and rating ng other customers since yun yung na-experience nila.     I once work in an unli-wings restaurant. Most of the people really love the food and customer service although it wasn't perfect. And when things didn't go right, that is only when they will make a review which destroyed its reputation.

    Sanay kasi mga pinoy sa Fastfood. Yung tipong after order andyan na agad ang pagkain. Sa ibang bansa, normal lang talaga yung wait time lalot maganda naman quality ng food. If you want faster service, go to a fastfood chain, yun ang disenyo nila.

    That's very fair review, the younger generation needs to realize that some dishes take time to cook. If they want fastfood then they should go to fastfood restaurants if they're in a hurry. If the food is good then 30 minutes isn't an issue for me cause I know how to cook and preparation and cooking takes time.

    Nasa waiters/waitress din kc kung bakit mababa ung review. If the customers are not greeted with a smile and warm welcome, matic ma eexperience mo ung bad vibes, and waiting for 7-8mins will feel like waiting forever. And they should also give a heads up on how long it will take for the meal to be served, not giving proper expectations will lead to bad customer experience. If it'll take longer to serve, you can always go back to the customers, apologize and tell them you need more time to cook or whatever.

    since halos walang pumapasok sa restaurant during the day probably the staffs are turning off the fryer to save electricity. and it takes 10 to 15 mins for the fryer to fire up plus 15 mins frying time ng chicken kaya understandable yung 30 mins

    Diyan ako nagtrabaho rati, pero 5 days lang ang tinagal ko (training lang), kasi mababa ang sahod. Mabilis naman talaga maluto yung mga manok: 9-15 mins, pero tinatagalan talaga nila kasi malulugi sila, atsaka may time limit yung pag kain mo sa restaurant nila. Masarap naman talaga yung mga luto, kaso yun nga, mabagal talaga yung service para hindi sila malugi. Basically, if binilisan nila, kain lang nang kain yung mga customer, which matatalo sila sa business nila.

    I'm an experienced chef, a cut up chicken wings like that be cooked as short as less than 9 mins from raw if you are really using the right temperature. Anything beyond that 9 mins is overcooked. Matagal nako nagawa ng ganito, kaya nga ang makikita nyo from other restau may nakalagay wait within 15 mins dahil ireresting muna yon bago timplahan para di mawala yung lutong. Remember manipis lang ang meat sa wings, sobra ang 15 mins. Wag kayo nagpapaniwala sa kung sino sino, its not always 15 mins, 15 mins uses low temperature oil kasi pag nakamedium flame un o high, for sure sunog na wings nyo under that time frame.

    grab rider here na experience ko na ibat ibang orders sa ibat ibang restaurant.
    1. cguro matagal ma serve yung chicken dahil marami taong nag oorder
    2. frozen pa yung ingredients (e.i. meats)
    3. kaya panget ang lasa ng inorder kasi cguro maraming costumer so minadali yung food pagka luto.
    isa lang naman talaga dahilan bat pumapalya yung restaurants dahil sa volume ng costumers specially peak hours tsaka. tsaka expect muna na minsan matagal ma serve yung food mo kasi pag restaurant made to order palagi dyan hindi kagaya sa McDonald's or jolibbee (fast-food) na halos lahat ng paninda ay ready made na.

    Sometimes, you cannot trust the reviews on google map due to there are some peeps out there that hasn't been nor never ever visited a place yet they leave review. These ppl are being paid to leave a review, even if you havent visited that specific place. I forgot the name of that kind of job, but it really exist.

    Nice review, bro. I will sub kasi napaka-honest mo. Sa totoo lang, having a business lalo na yung starting at small, sobrang hirap. Totoo yung sinabi mo, habang buhay na nila dadalhin yang reviews na yan.
    Ang unfair lang kasi, sa presyo na ibabayad mo, dapat hindi ganun kataas yung expectations mo. You get what you pay for ika nga nila.

    Nice. Hoping na yung mga ganyang store din is sana nabibigyan ng chance. We own an unli-chicken restaurant din kasi. Ang problem kasi is pag hindi pa kilala ang store. Need nila i consider ang waste especially pag bago pa yung store kaya most of them, nagiging made to order ang every product.
    Kung wala din masyadong bumibisitang customer, di kayang iafford ng owner na mag hire ng maraming tao. We often conserve resources din like need pa ulit ulitin yung fryer which usually takes 10 to 15 minutes. Kasi kung hahayaan lng nakabukas yung apoy, waste pa rin kasi yun.
    There are so many things pa na need iconsider pero as an owner ng store na yan, it would have been a frustrating experience that they are trying their best to survive yet ganyang review ang marereceive nila.
    But this is exactly the reason why its never easy to be a successful businessman. Many failures muna before you fully understand how to become successful.

    i live near dyan sa Ohana's Diner, tried it there several times and dun sa tapat nun na Primos. Truth mabagal tlga serving nila pero the food tastes good lalo na yung parmesan and cheesy jalapeno. Ok nmn yung staff and mostly sa tanghali me kumakain.
    Yung notable lng tlga is yung kabagalan ng service nila, not sure if nsa pinakataas na floor kitchen nila or dinedefrost pa manok then lulutuin. Have tried other unliwings around Makati area and usually turn around time ng fast serving is approximately 5-8mins and it gives me the impression na sa bagal ng service nila is part of the delaying tactics para maubos yung 2hrs time for eating with less food served

      Yes, Actually yan yung narinig ko rin dati na usap usapan dati sa Ohana, na once na nakaorder ka na dun na nagstart yung time mo regarding sa Unli wings. Pero malakihan ang serving nila. And yun nga, 5-6 mins yung turn around time ng Refill nila sa chicken.

    Peak nila sa gabi, kaya prepared na sila sa digmaan. Cooked and ready (to reheat) na yung chicken, kaya mabilis mag-serve. Probably yung nagsabing mabagal sila mag-serve, hindi lang sila yung customer or madami sila noong kumain sila.
    Unlike sa umaga na kabubukas palang, na probably being thawed pa yung chicken. Thus, longer cooking and serving time.
    Madaming perspective ng speculations kasi, can't judge Google reviews alone unless you review it yourself.
    Ganda ng ganitong concept, sir. Nagaangatan through honest and debunking reviews at walang false crab mentality.

    Sa mas high end na resto makikita mo 4 o lima ang crew sa loob. 2 dito cook at yung 1 nag-aayos ng order na lulutuin at sya rin yung nagpapasa ng naluto sa mga service crew, yung isa errand boy stock at sya rin ang nag-aadvice sa manager sa status ng stocks. Kapag kailangan na ng stocks na mareplenish ibang team ang gagawa nito para hindi naabala galaw sa kitchen.
    Kaya dapat kung ganito kaliit ang kitchen at least tatlo and tao sa loob, isang cook, isang nag-aasikaso ng order at nagpapasa sa service crew at isa ang sa stock, kapag gabi na at madami ng tao dagdag ng manpower.

    Human nature. Karamihan sa mga tao sa mundo. Nag bibigay lang ng comment pag negative yung experience nila. Kapag ang experience ay positive pero hindu superb or hindi sobrang ganda at life changing, 80-100% never nag bibigay ng feedback. Unless talagang super ganda ng na experience nila to the point na parang hindi na nila makakalimutan. Usually doon lang nagbibigay ng positive feedback ang isang tao. Or unless required, or talagang may nag sabi sa kanila na mag iwan ng feedback.

    Ang galing. 4.6 na nga sila ngayon. Kapag kakabukas lang, tapos bagong luto, matagal talaga. Small diner lang sila so expect na hindi ganun ka advanced yung mga cooking equipment nila.
