Ariana : Ease, Light Tone. Beautiful Demi : Power, Emotive , Fuller Tone Beautiful Both bring different things to the table. Because of arianas ease I'll say technique wise she's a lil cleaner. But demis emotions and power is what makes me lean more toward demi
Both are amazing, but Ariana has better technique, you can't really hear any tension up to D5/Eb5 and she has so much ease in her upper belts + i really like rasp she's putting into her belts right now, it's giving more texture to her belts. Demi is amazing we all know that, but this last era they often sang with closed vowels and more tension than before, i think they only experimenting and trying to find best placement and technique, so i'm definitely sure there will be improve next era which starting in few days really. They have very different styles, Ariana is using more heady mix and her overall voice is very light and sweet and also very agile and has so much ease, Demi have more power and big stamina, they sing in more rock-ish way, kinda? I think Ariana is better belter because she has better technique and better knows her voice, but Demi is just as amazing, these to are definitely in top5 best vocalists of this generation with Tori Kelly, Jojo and Jessie J.

Demi has more power, so much more, 80% while Ariana has 20%, vocal timbre change depending on context goes surely to Demi as she can sound so bold and so soothingly soft depending on the context and theme of the song, for low notes it's for Demi, for enunciation by far it's Demi, you can't hear and comprehend what really Ariana's singing because she sounds muffled especially on upperbelts. For agility, this goes for Ariana as she has more defined runs and riffs, and her vibrato is more consistent while Demi's runs are sometimes sloppy and with inconsistent and pushed vibrato. For ease I would say both but Ariana has more access to it since she is using much more heady mix voice than Demi.
Demi is the better singer since she can emote better and has better breathe support, and lower register, and is a more verstaile singer, but ariana has the better technique, especially when it comes to high notes
They’re both great in their own ways. Demi’s are more heavy whereas Ari’s are lighter in tone. I personally prefer the fuller tone that Demi has but I love both Demi and Ari.

Demi's mid-belts are more powerful and are remarkable with consistent support up to C#5. But are their belts better than Ariana's? No, they are not. Ariana has consistent support up to D5, which is slightly higher than what Demi has but that is not what makes the different here. Ariana's vibrato also happens to be healthier (Demi is improving on that) and her belts are not as throaty/tense as Demi's. A couple of her G5s in this video (Off The Table, her sustained G5 in Respect) were actually executed in a healthy manner.
Demi is so much better as a singer and a vocalist. Technically, both of them are in the same level as they have pros and cons. But Demi has a raw voice, emotions and has so much power, she is so much a better storyteller.
Surprisingly I think ari did better at the lower notes and Demi did better at the higher belts - they are switching roles for their latest era but we are not ready for D8 🤘

That's too funny. So funny. Almost no tension but literally has despite lightness. If Demi go beyond by singing lightly she will have more but she doesn't choose it because her voice is not always designed like that, she is singing with so much power where Ariana can't really. Lol. para falar o verdade o G#5 da demi foi muito forçado por isso nao ficou com tanta qualidade como o da ari, mais as duas tem um controle enorme nas notas G5/G#5 por isso fica um pouco dificil mais nesse ano o (G#5) da ari foi o "mais" vamos dizer que saudavel de se cantar pois a demi ficou com muito pigarro depois desse (G#5) mais arrasou nas outras apresentacoes como a do tiktok que o G#5 dela ficou muito puro e bem "ritado" como dizem ou sustentado. e muito obrigada pela compriemção

Ari gets very inconsistent with supporting her high notes. I think Demi’s high notes sound a bit fuller/ powerful

@@_jusvibe oh you are so funnt honey, Ariana is singing so lightly and has very less power. Ariana's diction is also awful tbh. Demi's voice is so much fuller and sounding more pleasantand has more edge. Ariana has great agility but Demi has so much stamina, power and so much better diction.
