I was thinking that
Wouldn't even be able to pull them out or you'd burn your hand. When that type of plaster starts to set it starts an exothermic reaction so not only would it harden it would continue to heat up as it hardens making it increasingly difficult to take off. Some art student ended up losing a bunch of fingers like that cause they couldn't save them.
