- Here it is, with the final update of Starfrost's Zeta Players, I present to you a 10 minute team deathmatch gameplay video using Zeta Players. I also wanted to use some different addons such as ArcCW and Quick Slide, and I gotta say they've been pretty fun for combat in Garry's Mod. Map used is gm_nuketown.
As someone who doesn't live in the United States, I don't have much opportunity to join 85% of the servers in Garry's Mod as they'll just end up as lagfests. Zeta Players is a mod that is very much appreciated and it's never a dull moment with them around. I really love how the creator managed to create bots that makes single player games feel much like what a typical Gmod server is expected to be (from what I've seen haha). Currently he's making bots that will be able to play the Murder gamemode and I'd be delighted to mess around with them, along with any future work he does (expect a video on them of course :3)

how do you make the zeta players use gun mods?
Zeta players only use weapons in the Zeta Players Weapons Tab. They don't use weapons that I downloaded, that includes the MW weapons I have. The latest update of Zeta Players allows you to create custom weapons for them to use so give that a try :)
JC denton was usng a JC denton voiceline. hilarious.
He's actually a custom Zeta Player bot I set haha. He uses the JC Denton model along with a personally made JC Denton voicepack :)

one question how did you make it so that the kill feed actually colors peoples name to their corrosponding team
I believe that's already on by default iirc, I don't remember doing something to the settings for that.
Just remember that when you create a team, they should have a set color. Make sure that the team also has enough slots for Zetas so that there will be no neutral Zetas. If you also plan to play games with them, make sure the team system is on.
hi so im using a crack gmod then i try downloading that mod called zeta but its not working is it beacuz the gmod im using is outdated? help me ?

I'll give you some tips though so hopefully they help a little bit:
> The mod is Zeta Players, make sure you download the correct one.
> Make sure your crack gmod is up to date, if not wait for an update for it and download it.
> Install CSS textures (or any needed textures) from this website [gmodcontent.com/] so that it can minimize any sort of texture errors you encounter.
> Just buy Gmod from Steam. Just wait for a sale on it and it will be *really* cheap, and I guarantee it will be worth it. Next big sale is Christmas sale so wait for that.

> Disable weapons like physgun, toolgun, etc. when you plan to use them for minigames like CTF, KOTH, and TDM
> Play on a map with navmesh
> Use map wide spawning for your bots

It's Zeta Players, it's got a built-in deathmatch system you can use. If you're talking about the scoreboard, it's the MW2 scoreboard addon.

@@biobio2161 Yes you need Zeta NPC because you're going to be playing deathmatch with them. If you're talking about deathmatch with other real players then that's an entirely different thing.
There's probably an addon for a deathmatch gamemode in the workshop. I'm not familiar with them though so you're gonna have to find them. Sandbox should still work either way.

@@biobio2161 The deathmatch I'm using in this video is built in with the Zeta Players mod. Also, no problem.
how to make them spam funny in chat?
Just make sure their text chat setting is on. You can add lines for them, but there is no way to spam a specific text line that I know of.

why i keep getting have broken zeta as error
Not sure if I can help unless I know the specifics, but here's some tips:
> Zeta Players *ONLY* work on maps with navmesh. If a map doesn't have navmesh, they won't move. You can try typing in console "nav_generate" to generate a navmesh for the map (this could take a while depending on the map)
> Zeta Players won't work with multiplayer, only singleplayer.
> Maybe you have conflicting addons, try disabling all your addons and just enable Zeta Players so you can see what's causing problems.

@@Kittycat_284 Ohhh, well I'm not entirely sure how cracked gmod works but I'll try to help:
Zeta players shouldn't look like errors because they use hl2 models by default and they are already in the game. Just in case, try downloading content for Counter Strike Source from this website [gmodcontent.com/] as most content in gmod relies on css. Hope it works out :)

@@Kittycat_284 sorry for a really late reply but unfortunately I can't help with this that much :(
Some last things I can say is try getting the latest cracked version of gmod and maybe it'll stop the errors (as well as the latest version of the addon). Also, just get a legit version of gmod during a sale (winter sale is coming around november/december so keep an eye for that). It's really cheap and I guarantee you it'll be worth it :)

@@Bowsy64 Yes map wide spawning helps with making Zeta Players appear naturally (as if they're actually players). To make your Zeta Players use your installed player models, go to the Zeta Players tab on the right of spawn menu. You will see Playermodel Options, and there you can set custom player models :)
