I read Where the Crawdads Sing in March when the lockdowns happen and I was out of work. I absolutely loved it.
Its beautifully written and made me cry. It was a nice little escape from the 2020 madness. Its one of those books that you thunk about for days after you've finished reading it.

Where The Crawdads Sing is an all time favorite. It is my number one fiction book. The writing is beautiful and the plot is intriguing!

Where the Crawdads Sing is such a beautiful read. I almost didn’t care about the murder mystery part because I was so enthralled in the story about the Marsh Girl and the magical writing!

I'll have to check out that Forgiveness book. I read her previous book and loved it! I love She reads truth! I do their bible reading plans online. I can't even begin to tell you how much they have helped my faith.

My book club read where the crawdads sing a few months ago. We liked it. Even my bf who does not read women's fiction liked it. It is not mysterious despite the blurb on the cover. I gave it 4 stars on goodreads.

I signed up last month for BOTM, so far Its great for the price, nice hardcovers. I got the In A Holidaze book this month, I'm not usually a romance novel person but it sounds so funny. I want something lighter.

I ordered In a Holidaze and The Wife Upstairs this month from BOTM club. Hope they are good. I also want to read The Twelve Dates of Christmas. As always, so many books, so little time. I did great last year, exceeding my Goodreads reading goal, but this year I have struggled and won't even make my goal. Hopefully 2021 will be a better year for all of us in every way!

When do you know what your selections are for the next BOTM? I mean, like on the first of every month? How long do you have to decide for that month? Also, you said there are only five books to choose from. Can you pick one from a previous month? After the first $5 , books are then $14.99 each/a month? So many questions. the release on the 1st of each month, you can choose a backlist book as well! the first book is $5 but add ons are either $10 or $15 I believe!

I hated my dark Vanessa. I read like 70 percent of it and I just couldn’t finish it. I wanted it to be so much more than it was

You should! I actually did the Bible study with a group of ladies. If you can get your hands on the videos, they're also amazing! I didn't realize how much I needed that study, until I was into it. And it was such a blessing! The book is fabulous too! I think you can buy each video through lifeway. They're definitely worth the cost!

Hi Heather! The Vanessa book reminded me of this, but do you remember the book you mentioned maybe a year or two ago where a teacher has a relationship with a student and when they're at the trial, the student stands up for the teacher? I always plan to read it but the title got away from me and now I can't remember what it was called. Do you remember? I love your videos by the way!
