Congratulations, i have a few corms. It's been crazy weather here.i was thinking it's too late, but I may try to direct plant them and see if I have any luck. A few would be better than none, & I hate to waste the corms...

Exactly! A few is better than none! They wont be any good next year... What zone are you in? They say theyll stop flowering once temps are consistently over 70f but I still got a few blooms last year when I planted some very root bound corms & we were already in the 80's...

@@ElderandOakFarm 6A, southern Indiana... we had a few days of 70 + temps, then down to 34 last night w frost this morning. I had to put frost cloths on my tender plants. So it's touch and go here in the spring. I have new dahlia tubers to get in ground, also calla lilies which are new to me. So much rain here this spring, I'm late on everything . Even flower bed clean ups. Weeds are terrible this year here. Never had a mess w weeds as bad as this year. Still hopeful for a few ranculus flowers , though. We have chances of frost until middle of May.
