Motul 5000 4T 10W40 engine oil test

What does the test show?
The friction test is to show the oil film's resistance to tearing (oil film strength).
Metal parts in the engine during operation (friction, e.g. pistons) can lead to cracks and scratches. The better the oil quality, the better it should protect the engine against scratches.

How does the test work?
A new sample is subjected to metal to metal friction under 1kg load for 5 minutes. Then the diameter of the specimen is measured at its lowest point. Each new sample has a diameter of 2.92. The lower the result the better.

Semi sintético, se recomienda usar en motos nuevas para el acentamiento del motor, después de los primeros 3 mil kilómetros cambiar a full sintético

Потому что это ЭЛЕКТРОмотор с бешеными оборотами ( на канистре указано , что масло для дорожников - не для оборотов ) , при которых масло не успевает смазать поверхность + часть улетает до поверхности трения + площадь прилегания слишком мелкая и не плоская + масло не может в таких условиях быть принудительно подано на поверхность ,как на вкладыш и нет масляного тумана вокруг детали . Автору бы шейку распредвала и коромысло клапана лучше заюзать.
