Meg Donnelly (Zombies, American Housewife) joins us this week to share the duality of having a history of severe anxiety while being an entertainer, and how she’s been able to turn that into a superpower over the last few years navigating this industry.
Meg talks about pessimistic expectations going into new projects and her feelings after the Winchesters/ losing the Supernatural fanbase.
We also talk about the wonderful world of farts, falling in love on set, and being haunted by bad first impressions.

Absolutely LOVED her on American Housewife; she was arguably the funniest character on that sitcom. Then she was fantastic as Mary in the Supernatural spinoff The Winchesters. Just a phenomenal young actress with incredible range.
She's so real. I did not know of her until The Winchesters because that Disney stuff was after my time. Great actor and great singing voice. I hope Drake knows how much of a blessing he has lol just because of her realness and vibe she gives off.
Meg is such a great actress, loved her in American Housewife and my niece loves Zombies. I was rooting for her to be Supergirl!

Meg Donnelly is Awesome and I have had the privilege of meeting her and she is even more awesome in person.
It was sad she lost the DCU Supergirl role. But She could actually be an interesting Gwen Stacy or Black Canary.
The Winchesters was amazing and she was fantastic in it.
And Meg should be the new Supergirl.
They already casted Milly Alcock for Supergirl, but Meg would still be an excellent Power Girl

Well, politics also plays a role in mental health. If your country has a decent healthcare system with universal access, not privatized to death, etc, your mental health will be easier to keep in check.
If your country helps you to get access to things like housing, jobs, food, etc, your mental health will improve spectacularly.

Omg, this is so relatable. I 100% think of things that happened when I was young and they STILL bother me.
but most people do this. why is it that millennials and GenZ don't get that and think the experience is unique to them. It shouldn't be an "OMG!!!!" moment to realise that. its a standard part of becoming an adult.
I can see her better casting choice as Supergirl than the girl that was chosen although I wouldn't probably pick her as my first choice either but I can see her as third choice. James Gunn should have chosen her as Supergirl. Big mistake!

Meg was great as the voice of Supergirl and while The Winchesters wasn't my favorite thing there were things I thought could've been better, but I was actually really sad it was cancelled because with how it ended I thought a Season 2 had a lot of potential

My nieces grew up on Zombies and Descendants so when she was cast as Mary, I adored her portrayal. I really wanted her as Supergirl. But I'm sure what she does next will be amazing. She's super talented and adorable.
It would be great if Meg played Stargirl in the DCU, she and Supergirl have had a couple of interactions in the comics and are really good friends. It would be great to see Meg and Milly Alcock portraying their friendship
Meg came across as such a lovely person. I have to say the asking her super personal questions about Drake and how much money she made did not come across well. I don’t think that would have happened with an older person 🤨

Smallville fans do check out Supernatural and the Winchesters. Amazing shows. It’s a shame that the Winchesters got cancelled but it’s the sign of the times for TV series these days.

Love her character in Winchester fave along with Drake ( John) and Jensen & Tom. Hated that they ended up making the show all about Carlos plus he was mean to Latika. Wish they kept it focused on the Winchesters. Sad it ended thou. Great show

I wish The Winchesters would have gone on. I think that they would have improved as time went on and characters were developed. These 2 are funny together! Also, listening to them talk about obtrusive thoughts makes me feel so much better. I am not the only one!
She seems like a lovely person but The Winchesters was terrible. I really tried to like it and I stuck with Supernatural from beginning to end and it had some bad eps and seasons too. But The Winchesters just came off as a cheap ripoff of Supernatural. The multi universe angle was a bad choice.
