- This is ASMR? Where’s the fancy microphone? Where’s the tripod, the great video quality, the whispering, the tapping, the editing? This is Natural ASMR, where all videos are filmed from whatever iPhone I own at the time of filming and have minimal (if any) editing. These videos are meant to bring back vibes of videos of the past, before people even knew what ASMR was. They’re meant to be poorly planned, off-the-cuff, not great quality. I’ll never upgrade equipment, never do intentional tapping, never whisper; hence the name ‘Natural’ (but for the critics - not truly ‘Unintentional’) ASMR.

This is my favorite type of asmr, like you said in the description. No fancy equipment, no explaining what you're going to do for 3 minutes into a fancy mic. Stuff like that makes me scroll 30 minutes to find videos that actually give me tingles. I feel like around 2019 were videos like this started to disappear because people started to put thousand of dollars into equipment just to make boring videos were all they do is tap on the same thing for 30 minutes. Sorry that I went on this rant, really enjoyed the video though.

It’s time to revive the unintentional asmr style. I see more and more people wanting it and even previous fans of staged asmr now want the real deal. Asmr at its core started as unintentional anyway. There was no teenage girl tapping on objects and whispering left and right and making weird mouth sounds 😂
I predict this kind of channels will have massive success in the future so anyone who want to get into this should start now and just be genuine, sincere. Set a camera and just do your stuff and then filter later for actual content. Some people also have a natural “talent” to just mumble and have relaxing presence all around without being fake. One key thing is to not exaggerate sounds. The more you do something repeatedly, the faster it becomes annoying and fake.

Nah it’s totally true! The simple basic stuff is always better! Almost seems unintentional in a way whereas the other higher production asmr is them just trying too hard which ruins it imo and I’m sure that goes for most people

Can you do another gaming video (the ones where its up close on your switch) but also chew gum? The audio quality on your videos are 10/10 for unintentional
Even a vid like just like this but added gum chewing would go crazy

Thank you!! And yes, in my most recent videos, I have a chest mount for the camera, makes it a lot easier. I am always trying to make them as long as possible, sometime I just can’t haha.

That’s not how you’re supposed to handle discs(the part that the console reads should be with the cover on the bottom unless it’s on it’s case,you’re going to damage them like that,these are facts.

I loved borderlands 2 back in the day. I think I tried to play borderlands 3 at some point but I couldn’t get into it. Maybe eventually I’ll buy the set for the Switch, I enjoy finding games to play on that.
