I love Dreampop and I would love more song recommendations because the Dreampop spotify playlist are usually filled with etheral R&B or citypop songs, but lack songs that are actually "dream pop". We definitely need it more in K-pop (plus I have all of those songs you listed in my SMALL Dream Pop playlist)

yukika, rainbow note & nahee are some of my favourite kpop/korean city pop artists! some recommendations i have are lovemonth by yukika, venus by rainbow note, city drive by nahee and cherries jubiles by yukika, but pretty much all of their songs are good
i know yukika makes a lot of citypop (and a handful of LUCY's songs are city pop like) but outside of the kpop scene it's prevalent in 80s and 90s japanese pop music, look for people like Mariya Takeuchi, Tatsuro Yamashita, Junko Ohashi etc. A lot of these songs ended up being sampled by future funk artists so if you're down to do some reverse searching from samples that's also a gateway to citypop. happy searching!!!!

it relies on the vocals too! especially soul subgenres and pop subgenres can be identified based on vocals but in general there is probably more of a focus overall on instrumental
