But if you had skill you would. It would be like squashing an ant..that stuff he does the whole world now knows thanks to the fist UFC that it doesnt work.
This makes total since because we always know when someone who throws a left follows it up with a right immediately while throwing their left behind their back. This baboon makes Rex-kwon-do seem legit
That is exactly my problem with this, and most other attacks in Kenpo. No one, and I mean no one, steps forward and throws a punch with the same stepping leg. Almost every Kenpo defense technique is based off of this initiating attack.
The basic movements are consistent with several other styles and are effective. Would you ever be able to execute a full 10-12 move technique in a real situation? Probably not, but the basic reactions to various situations/positions are effective. I studied Kenpo for about 3 years (got to Purple belt), and saw most of the advanced techniques from there tended to be more elaborately "choreographed"(to steal your word) combinations of the simpler techniques learned up to that point. In recent years I moved to a place the didn't have Kenpo, an ended up studying Krav Maga instead. I see a lot of the same principles at work (economy of motion, leverage). From the beginning of my Krav training I saw the similarities and tended to keep up pretty well with the other krav students, even in sparring with some slightly more experienced students.

I feel relieved. I was afraid, Kenpo would only work against Rick.
LOLOLOL!!!!
Yeah… but would it work against Pickle Rick?!?!
How do you know he dropped his left after the 2nd punch? Isn't that a little presumptious?
Nice!

Kevin wishing he had stayed home that day
Lower part of the stomach.
Please don’t ever use that vertical outward block, where you’re exposing your radial arm nerve. Just thinking of this is painful.
Really!? 🤣
lol
who in god's good name attacks you like that?

if you can deal with the step through the other stances stand no chance
@@youmadbro7733 its hilarious that people are indoctrinated to beliving this nonsense even today in 2021, no energy , no timing no realism ,

that we see in 2020 its not real and has no value..its behind times.
