wow that track ain't no joke I mean everytime you find a good line the next time you come around there's a good chance that that line your looking for is now to deep and then you gotta change it up and find another good line. holy crap I'm just thinking what physical and mental shape these guys have to be in just to finish a track like this one,hats off to Glen your on your way to greatness my friend.
They are all super talented,its just the little things of the puzzle You need to put together,I think glenn has got the right man for that ,👍👍

More mxgp riders should do more of this. It’s really good behind the scenes stuff and how a rider prepares for a race. Loving the look of the gas gas. Love ryno training methods. Just a shit show with this virus atm

Sand also I found that leg mussels hold a lot off crap from micro tears and needs massaged out so much so when you pee the crap is visable in your urine. Cycling doesn't do it but now with the new ebikes from specialized the computer can be set to remove rubbish in the quads and faster so recovery so much quicker. Top riders find it hard to back off to repair mussels as their so used at pushing which isn't going to work over the season. Dyno is a good trainer but pushes to hard some times.
This guy has a sensational attitude - I am becoming a GC fan big time - and these behind the scenes presentations are mega cool

What an animal! Anybody else and they are pissed off and ready to quit. Glenn? Stays cool and collected. I’ll never understand how they haul ass through those ruts. Unreal! Glenn’s had some tough luck but, he can hang with the best on any given day!
