- Blink is Marvel Snap's newest card, and she can do some crazy things in an Electro Ramp deck!

Power Estimate: This list is rooted in a proven archetype, and I had a great run with it on day one of the new season. Blink definitely created some big power spikes from time to time, so she feels like a great fit. We'll still need more data and time to know where Blink and Ramp land in the meta overall.

I like watching Regis vids because it's like sitting in a college class on Marvel Snap. He goes over what he's doing, how the deck did that game and how they could have won (or lost). Not that the game is all that cerebral, but it's neat to hear someone talking out their strategies and possible win lines. Keep it up, Professor Kilbin! :)

Interesting, using pretty much the same deck but with nebula instead of blob…can’t tell if blob would be good or bad when maybe being blinked and swalling a bunch of cards over a solid nebula distract and 1 drop??
Curious which may do better in the end.

Regis can you try doing a living tribunal Renslayer blink deck, I’ve found some success but can’t find a good replacement for Zabu.
I was running this exact deck earlier except with nebula instead of blob. I swear blink just never wants to be in your hand on turn 4 after electro or wave lol. Jubilee into blink though is usually GG’s. I am going to brew up something else with blink though as this is a good home for her but definitely not the best home I don’t think.
I feel like it should be easy by now to tell when you're facing a bot. Idk about on PC but on mobile the queue is instant if it's a bot (easiest tell), they can't have special borders, and obviously basic avatars and names. If that's not enough, daredevil, nakia, chavez, or basic and misplayed discard/destroy/negative archetypes are dead giveaways too.
Watching Regis try to mindgame an algorithm that is desperate to let him win is funny but also a little wild after all this time.

I played electro and then followed it up with blink and no card took its place; it was just yellow energy where the card should be. Electro's ability was still in effect though. (One card per turn)

I played a probably sub optimal build of a deck similar didn't have sand man just stuff like cosmo and armor to protect my high power guys, I got that Shang chi paranoia. I only played like 6 to 8 games my opponent ran every time
Probably played 20 games with this deck and not once have I got electro or wave and been able to blink after
The power creep of this game is increased drastically these past few seasons.
Every time I think about regular hulk compared to red hulk, I shed a tear 😞
Great that the card acquisition got even worse right around that same time too.
She’s not really that good
I discovered unluckily that blink doesn’t swap the card if the previous one has been moved by opponent from its former place, before blink reveals her effects.

@@sathwikthota7043 I don’t think so : there is a vortex anim when blink swaps ; the vortex appeared on the former emplacement, then blink commented : « can’t find unit » or something like that
Blink might be good in thanos deck but i'm still figuring it out how to fit her

I'm not saying she should have no power but her ability is to swap something inferior for something superior to it..... come on now. She is just 5-7 cus she just came out and she needs to be purchased but once everyone has her she will probably be a 5-5
@@yelsu3358It's definitely not terrible, though. It does seem a little high considering the potential overall power output, but it's early days still.
The snap fan overlay tells you if its a bot or not, they're not that common

If you like this playstyle then Blink is great, but I just can't stand ramp at all so I was miserable playing her. Felt like she would never show up or would show up on 6
I once played Dagger then Vulture in negative zone do both were 0 power. Then strange pulled both.
Can anyone suggest a substitution for red hulk and blob for this deck
Leader can work well (especially with Sandman and Odin).
Arnim Zola can be good in ramp decks, but you ideally need things with high raw power (e.g. devil dinosaur, Ronan, black panther) so probably doesn't work as well with this particular list.
The new card is crazy when you chose 5-cost over 6-cost to play.

Well, sure, but then I'd lose 100% of the time, because I needed Wave's power plus Blob's. If Odin is on board, he's not in the Blob. Blob would only have Electro to eat.

Like it feeled design for it Jubilee into Blink to get a Blink and a 5 or 6 card
It's because Jubilee being played only resolves after her on reveal resolves, and her on reveal doesn't resolve until after the card she pulls enters the board and its on reveal resolves (if it has one). So if Jubilee pulls Blink, Jubilee is still in the process of being played.

The most fun aspect doesn't even work with Blink. You cannot send a Goblin to your opponent and then Blink it into a Destroyer. The Destroyer is played on your side. Lame.
That feels like it might even be wrong behavior considering that Ghost Spider still moves goblins.
Yeah she doesn't pull the goblin to your side and then to that lane. Blink should donate a destroyer
Blink seems to work almost exactly like Lockjaw. The goblin interaction doesn't work with Lockjaw either. The goblin goes to your opponent's side and is then replace by a card on your side.
I personally prefer cards to not feel crazy game winning because that's when the game becomes pay to win, which this game slowly is
