      yea I picked up on that too, "they have a train" like it's something he wasn't expecting to find here, despite the fact that not only do we have trains, but we actually have one of the fastest trains the world.

      Any country can have a similar train. There is nothing special about it. UAE has the tallest building in the world, that doesn't mean anything.

    That street is called "guilise" which taken from the word English because during the french colonization English people used to live there.

    Very very nice and modern. The streetlights are kinda strange, some places are well-lit and others are almost dark. Nevertheless, great show and talk.

    I spent a month there a couple of summers ago. Lots of action around the McDonalds in the downtown around midnight and a good night club at the big casino in town. Lots of African women hanging out there at that nightclub. Also, if you get a chance see if Agadir is still jumping as it was like the south beach of Morocco when I was there. Its about a 3 hour drive away.

    Their Friday is our Sunday. It’s considered a religious chill day in Marrakech. There is really not a lot of entertainment or much of a tense night life that day.

      For the 14897368272299887 billion time we keep saying that Morocco has the oldest human skull WHICH MEANS Moroccans don't matter what their background is , They are just old in existence .. definitely not Arabs but no ine can deny that they are mixed with Arabs just as they are mixed with Europeans in Andalousia and mixed with Sub Saharan Africans when Morocco was a big empire reaching South Iberia and Sicily and Senegal river and Sudan's borders

Thanks for sharing but places you are running too is very quiet that's city is night life you should ask local people to show you places with night clubs fun Any time I have chance to go back to visiting my parents in Rabat I have ti visit Marrakech is always on my list to b4 returning back to the states so many bar with live music and so on peace bro enjoy morocco is beautiful country 👍

    Homes are built the reverse what we have here so as to not show off. Inside facing with fancy courtyards. Very private.

    I think Just u weren’t at the right place there are clubs and restaurants if u were going to the hotel area it’s packed on Friday
    Friday I don’t think it affects the night life most people go from others city to marakech to party on Friday night

    if you like marrakesh, check out istanbul. similar vibe, but a much larger and much more modern city. it's pretty cheap now too.

      Yeas Istanbul is nice but can't beat Marrakech beauty and diversity and rich history and we can have a debate about that.
      Morocco is much older than Turkey, that's one
      Morrakech has thousands of old and authentic traditions houses and those houses has an incredible wood, marble, clay and Zelij .. work
      The architecture is beyond amazing .. even the Turikish Islamic style is beautiful too but it can be founded in the whole middle east baby , Morocco has a Unique style just like Indian muslim style or Yemeni one .. or lile the Italian and British christian styles in architecture

      Morocco is much better than Turkey , I've been there, the hospitality there is a disaster, they dont speack endlish or other languages, the poeple there are rude even the ones that works on tourism.. They were rascist ..I was harrassed by the bus driver.. the travel was a complete nightmare for me

      Marrakech is always like this, o harmony between modern and tradition.. not now but long time ago.... and majority of Moroccan cities..... may be the opposite the west has been adopted .... you can notice who builded Andalucia

    I like the new city more than the traditional Medina. The latter one is too touristy and too chaotic. I like the "french" vibe of the new city and there are nice bars and restaurants. There is even a good place for clubbing, called Teatro. That was great, however, a lot of women in there are prostitutes.

    as a moroccan i dont like marakkesh it has a disgusting world wide image. such a beautifull city full of hostory and the authorities made it dirty and low. why would u do that really why???

      Just the stupid people who really have that bad image about Marrakech. Yet it's the city that always have the biggest number of visitors in morocco. And we as Moroccans we don't really give a damn shit to what other people thinks about Marrakech or any other city here in morocco unless they visited it.
