Thanks, yeah i found out a while back to avoid that T-128, i went there recently (theres a video on my channel of it) and i ended up leaving during the test and barely making it to the new T-128 for Attack.
I remember seeing this, as I go past the fire department... unfortunately the European restaurant, that was once in the strip mall, probably next door..is no longer there.
If the rotator fails the wind will catch on the fin and the wind will rotate it, however Whelen realized it was pointless when they remembered their sirens can only make one full rotation so they stopped making them.
