He was arrested 3 times in 2012 for drug supply, possession and smuggling and the 3rd time there was an allegation of having an Image of a kid, which he convinced the band was a fake report from a crazy fan. The police bailed him the third time with a police escort to finish the UK run of shows but they were searching his devices during that time. In December they found the photos, videos and messaging history on his devices and he was arrested again and this time he was held in prison on remand until his trial so nobody could have got to him once that was revealed.
