This is the most exquisite dance performance I have EVER seen! EVERY detail!! And to have Iz and The Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau performing the music!! Unfortunately, I am an English only speaker and really would enjoy knowing the words to this beautiful song so I can understand the story being told by these amazing dancers. If anyone can provide suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it. Now that I have discovered this video, I watch it at least once every day for the serenity it provides. I somehow think it takes me back to music I heard the first three years of my life when I lived in Hawaii.

Very well done ladies! I used to dance hula years ago when I was a teenager.. I see that Kumu Clark choreographed this. I always loved when he would visit our halau or we would visit him up North. There was something about his style and his character that inspired me to be more spirited with my hula. Workshops, competitions, and shows with him were for sure highlights of my time as a dancer. Is he still teaching?
