I'll tell you a "secret" (well, there's no secret about it), that every 9-th of May special planes make expensive weather modification to throw the clouds away with use of, if I'm not mistaken, dry ice, silver iodide etc. You can read about weather control in Wikipedia and other sources, if you want. However in some years (if I remember correctly, 2017 and 2019) the aviation part was cancelled, because the cloud formation was so active these weather modifications wouldn't help.
Just "Po dolinam e po vzgor'yam", "International" and "Tri tankista" is absent. First usually played for Far Eastern units. In Khabarovsk, for example, it still playing. The third playing for Armored units and the second is for MBRS. You'll hear it at the Red Square. So only one march are actually wouldn't be played.
