I can't describe how much relaxation and peace your cooking and lifestyle gives me. Its a form of theraphy and a feeling that is missing in the world today . What I love the most with Anzai is he eats all the vegetables his mom cooks. Most kids refuse vegetables. Great job mom and dad. I believe kids should be introduced to as many whole fruits and vegetables at a very young age.❤
You're absolutely right. My 4yr old eats all the green veggies except asparagus. And of course all fruits and other veggies. Being taught as young as can to appreciate food is a win win. Love from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤

We start feeding our kids vegetables as soon as they get teeth, if a child is unfamiliar with something that looks odd to them it is hard to get them to try it.

My daughters loved veggies, but I didn't give that sugary or processed foods. We ate what we grew, caught, hunted, raised and miiked. Still do. They are both in their 30's now and still eat good, clean food. You have to bend that twig when they are young. I wish I could move next door to Ms. Rose and her family.
I have been following you for a long time. I noticed that your son behaves awkwardly after so many years and times of being filmed. He behaves oddly unlike another RUclipsr's children who are younger but very spontaneous and natural and doesn't need coaching or promptings. Maybe you should tell him to behave naturally in front of a camera as the name of your YT channel has his name in it. Or maybe you should change it to your name and just your husband's name as he features more often and regularly. Just a suggestion. Last question, when are you and your friend the one that went to Uganda bringing your mother over for a visit? I would love to see your mother in China and see how she finds your life in China. Give her the opportunity to travel at least once and which country would be best for her if not China.

That's like African behaviour. Food grows near your home, you pick it and straight to cook and serve. We all grow food crops.
Out there, you buy food from the supermarket and it arrives from different countries even different continents. Hard to imagine from here.

No in our culture what Rose did was extremely rude, she walked up and helped herself to the starch without asking first, after she took it then she asked plus she used her hands instead of a utensil.
This is the kind of thing the village people talk about. You can't do that no matter who you are, it's the sense of entitlement that makes ppl angry.

In the UK, it has also been unusually warm, when it should have cooled down.

A little bit of chilly, only a little you can put in the food for the test, but not too much the kid cannot eat . Fresh chili is tasty on the side or chilly paste too.

But she put chili in her cooking, there are certain food women bearing a child don’t eat like spicy food.
@@lataic3745 You can eat spicy food during pregnancy. Might give you heartburn or indigestion, but you can eat it.
In some culture yes it is allowed but in Chinese culture there are food restrictions. In Chinese medicine, eggplant, radishes, pears, spicy food, sage is recommended to avoid during pregnancy.

Rose, whenever you harvest anything, my first thought is, how rich the soil must be, because whatever you all plant, nurture, then harvest, is always so beautiful! I absolutely love daikon radish, but have never thought to cook it with beef, like you did. Thank you for sharing your family dishes with us. The love that you and Mr. Wu Jianyun show Anzai by sharing and putting food into his dish is priceless. Blessings to you all ALWAYS!
PS…..The weather here in Southern California has been hot as well. We were at 32 C the other day. I was in shorts and flip flops yesterday.
