Ingredients:
Sponge Gourd - 750 grams
Onion - 4
Garlic cloves - 12
Green chilli - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp

हमारे यहाँ बिहार मे नेनुआ ऐसे ही बनता है देसी चना या फिर चने दाल के साथ. और ये सिम्पल ही अच्छी लगती है इसमें ज़ादा मसाला डाल ने से ननुआ की orignal tast ख़तम हो जायेगी. बहुत बढ़िया कविता जी 😊 keep it up and keep shining.
