- The plaintiff used to date the defendant. After they broke up, the plaintiff gave the defendant a loan for a moped, but he failed to pay it back in full, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff never gave him money.

I lost my job at Blue Cross in 2014. I ended up moving from Philly back home to Alabama with my parents. I was 27 with 2 kids. I went to McDonald’s and worked till I could get better.
Now I have a decent lil state job. It all worked out…..but I didn’t make up excuses, I did what I had to do

You didn't do what you had to do you lay up and had kids than ran back to your parents and use them until now or probably still using them. @@1SKB that’s a lot of assumptions. I did have kids early, but I’ve been there. I can’t force anyone to be a parent….that’s not my job.
As far as my parents, I’m very appreciative of them and everything they helped me with through the years. I’m far from a user. I have a great relationship with them and I’m happy about that.

We not gonna sit here and pretend that your man working fast food is gonna satisfy your stop the cap. The temp jobs this woman admitted he worked at likely paid at least as much or more as a barely above minimum wage fast food job.
It had nothing to do with him being "too proud" to work fast food. It had everything to do with the "for rich or for poor" clause in the wedding vows that women simply mouth but do not actually live by. He fell on hard times, was working various jobs, but it wasn't enough for her so she made it about "you shoulda applied for fast food like I told ya!' 😏

So it wasn't the fact that he wasn't working, because he was working, it was just that he didn't have a "career," or wish to go back to school. But school isn't for everyone and often temp jobs can lead to full time jobs.
Anyone knows where the camera is located when the judge is looking at the pictures provided by the plaintiff? For example, @10:51. Is the judge wearing a camera? Is the camera zoomed in such that it is easily viewable on a bigger screen? Is the camera located behind or over the shoulders of the judge? It appears that the judge might be wearing a camera based on the angle of those images captured from the judge's view.
The camera man usually can be seen walking up to Judge when he has pictures to show. It may have been edited out this episode but most times, you can see him standing off to the side ready to walk up when photos are presented.

She is the main reason most kids in 2024 grow up without a father in the house. If money is given out in a relationship without a promissory note it should be automatically considered a gift. People in relationships be quick to tally up every dime once its done. If you allowed them to stay rent free etc then you held them down while they were down. Don't come nickeling and diming after the fact.
