Eating one meal a day and snacks in between is a good start. If you really want to lose lots of weight, try to eat only one meal a day and no snack, no sweet treat, and no sweet coffee in between. As far as healthy food goes, you can follow Phally footsteps. He seems to eat and drink very healthy. With OMAD, you will lose lots of weight quickly... 😃
