The only channel that discuss and teach practical points than all the big big theories taught in medical college which are now outdated and which has so much gap from real practice .always indebted to the knowledge you give us sirwish such learning us implemented in all medical colleges.
Hii doctor iam a nurse, i inserted ryles manytimes but your videos give me 100 percentage confident i inserted ryles into my stroke patient and tracheostomy removed just one day only My key observation during ryles tube inserting procedure Sitting in a upright or 90 degree position and head forward, while inserting check any air comes from ryles tube, after insert use, air push + sthethescope, using puloximetry also good, if rarely enter into lungs, remove suddenly, patient will cough and in unconcious patient, check air comes or any patient discomfort, or any desaturation Xray is confirmatory but in home care nurses duties nurses facing challenges after the patient remove the ryles at that time our knowledge is only helpful to us
You made my day, sir. Because of your unwavering dedication and profound teachings, I am able to do what I am doing today. Your guidance has been my beacon, and for that, I am ever grateful. 🌟
Sharing knowledge is amazing skills that every doctor should do once he reaches certain level of knowledge , this is a good habit. The hospitals are loosing alot of good physicians who are shifting careers or going abroad due hecticlife styles in medicine.. Doing So will help taking care of each other we feel supported and guided and thats will positively impact the patient health overall.
