17B form fill up কৰোঁতে 3 ন্ং column ত sl no of registerd voter (form 17A)কেনেকৈ fill up কৰিব । কোনে vote দি গ'ল সেইটো কোনেও নাজানে । column টো খালি ৰাখিব লাগিব নেকি জনাব ।
