i got the base trim. v6 engine with 3.5 liter. very good sound system. get the base instead of the sport version b/c the sport only has an additional rear backup camera, moonroof(which is quite usefless in my opinion) and better looking wheels
@@futuregaming4391 well I ended up getting one and had it for 2 years, had 185k on it and it was still running perfect but unfortunately someone pulled out in front of us about a month ago and it got totaled. But it having all the safety equipment seriously saved our lives. We were able to walk away. Hands down the best vehicle I’ve ever had. 2008 highlander hybrid limited awd
@@futuregaming4391 I would highly recommend the highlander over the Ford. For one the reliability, especially if you get a 2010+ because they switched to the 3.5 engine with the timing chain. The build quality was so nice. Leather held up really well. For mixed driving it was around 23 mpg, I think it’d be around 25-26 for the fwd model.
im sorry ti say but your both wrong in the 1830's Robert Anderson built the first hybrid. but the company we still know today dr. Porsche made the first hybrid car in 1898. before the company Porsche even became founded
i tink its 25 or 30 get the Jbl Omg YOu dont know how horrible the stock is better yet if you have the money get a lexus rx hybrid or mercedes ml bluetec diesel 600 miles on a tank

Wonderful
Can anyone tell me what is the highway fuel consumption at 80-90 mph? And how is the stock sound sistem? Compared to the optional JBL.
I am just giving additional choices
if the the highlander isn't your type
and you are seeking something with more luxury
and economy
In 2020 pure battery electric vehicles are becomming more common.
