You could get a really long extender cable and route it down the mic stand, across the floor and up your back, but I guess by that time you may as well get a wireless set. Note you may still need to tie the wireless sender to the mic stand or just to get it out of view :)
You are one of my favorite ASMR artists. I love your videos. Especially these crafting ones :] I would love to see another video similar to your picnic shop one also!
you could always try an earphone extension wire to make the cable on your earbuds longer, and then have the wire going behind you and then into the microphone behind the camera? You can buy them really cheaply off ebay/amazon or whatever :3

I forgot to add that you shouldn't fixate too much on what I said about centering the sound sources. I didn't mean that you need to have your sound sources centered with your microphone all the time, but having them centered most of the time, in my opinion, is ideal for the type of ASMR you were doing on this video.
Wonderful as usual :). Per your question about the headphones, you might try a long headphone extension cable rather than a wireless set of headphones. I'm assuming you've put your mic on a microphone stand? If so, you could run the extension cable down the microphone stand and along the floor to your feet, then plug in your normal headphones. It's much cheaper than wireless :). Cheers!
Thanks for the advice Matt Glenn I actually bought one of those on Tuesday after failing to find any suitable headphones, it's not perfect but it's 10 times better than having a short wire that gets in the way all the time!

The best one I've seen so far from you sound so very naturally relaxed so maybe not hearing how you sound is maybe not worst idea. ;) So I really enjoy your handy work, you soft speaking and your soft elegant hand movements a lot. bees wax btw. is often used to keep gummi candy apart from each other. So its healthy and Natural, don't worry. Now to your headphones problem: you could perhaps use normal plugs and simply wear the cord over the ears under your hair and down to the back of your neck and simply buy a longer extension cord to the yeti. The only possible other solution would include wearing a wireless sender/receiver set which is not exactly cheap. So thank you again for your lovely performance an keep up your great work. - Bernie

I'm going to be perfectly honest with you here, I've only commented on this video on the off chance that you might reply back with one of them daft faces you've been making out of different symbols, ha.
First of all, I really like your videos, but you made a crucial mistake on this one. See, your microphone was positioned slightly to the side of your head, which made the sound on my right ear much more present than on my left ear. Remember that the setting you're using on your microphone makes the stereo separation much more pronounced when you talk slightly to the left or right of your microphone. I use a high end headphone (Sennheiser HD 650) which has excellent stereo separation/precision, which made the stereo unbalance very, very noticeable to me, because you didn't center the microphone to your mouth. Because of this, hearing you was also really uncomfortable and fatiguing, so I quit watching the video after 3 minutes. Other people might not get annoyed with unbalanced stereo sources because of their equipment or audio perception properties, but I do, and I know other people do too. Beware that there are viewers in your channel that use expensive audio gear to hear you, and lots of them have very precise hearing of both sound textures and stereo image. These people are either enthusiasts or audio designers or producers, like me. This is very important, because small mistakes on audio might be very noticeable and annoying to these people. Regarding wireless earbuds, read this: how-to-fix-earbuds.blogspot.com.br/2011/12/how-to-make-wireless-earbuds.html I want to be very clear that, even though I haven't seen all your videos, I don't remember seeing any other video of yours other than this one with this microphone positioning mistake. Hi Waltra Factory, getting my mic in a decent place is actually the source of pain for me on every single video, I try to get it far enough away to be out of the shot but close enough to pick up decent sound. My recordings are usually hit and miss and maneuvering my boom arm can be really annoying too. So I do try to get even sound but I find it quite difficult on some occasions :-)
Your voice is good for the bedroom only..you are just like whispering when u are doing your demo....you should read it already before you face to the camera..Very bad...
