Rooh Afza (rose syrup) - 4-5tbsp
Lemon - 2nos
Salt - a tiny pinch
Black salt - a tiny pinch
Pepper powder - a pinch
Mint leaves - few

Chia/Sabja seeds (soaked) - 2tbsp
Soda water (Chilled) - top-up

Chef your recipe was very apt, as I had been struggling for long time in Ramdan iftaar convincing my family that they should have lemon water instead of just Rose milk sharbat as lemon water would provide electrolytes required after the long fast as we get dehydrated.
So now with your recipe I could give them the combination of both.
Their wish and my advise both got fullfilled with your recipe.

Rooafsa is my favorite drink since ages We used to get rooafsa and rose syrup with different flavours. I make this drink the same way but not soda. This is exemplary. Mummy used to make rose milk and rooafsa this way with chilled water and ice.

We used to crush 10 to 12 ice and then add rooh afza along with khus kaa syrup... tasted like heaven... like barf kaa gola❤
